Overview

By using Phylaxone — including our website, demo tools, and any trial or paid services — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms are between you and Lucid Tech LLC ("we," "us," or "Phylaxone").

1. What Phylaxone is

Phylaxone is an AI-powered security platform that provides:

• •Anti-AI Shield — detection of AI-generated threats including phishing, deepfakes, and social engineering
• •Phylax Identity — continuous monitoring of your digital footprint against breach databases and dark web sources
• •Guardian Watch — human-assisted monitoring and response (premium tier)
• •Demo tools — interactive previews of the above capabilities

Demo tools are provided for evaluation purposes only. Results from demo tools are based on publicly available breach data and AI analysis — they are not a substitute for comprehensive security monitoring.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Phylaxone. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• •Use Phylaxone to scan email addresses or personal information that you do not own or have explicit permission to scan
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the demo tools or any API endpoints
• •Use Phylaxone for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• •Submit malicious code, automated bots, or high-volume automated requests
• •Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

4. Breach data and accuracy

Identity scan results are sourced from the HaveIBeenPwned (HIBP) database, which aggregates publicly known breach data. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of breach data. The absence of results does not mean your information has never been compromised — it means no known public breach record was found at the time of the scan.

AI threat analysis is generated by a machine learning model and reflects a probability assessment — not a definitive determination of whether content is malicious.

5. Trial services

Phylaxone may offer a 30-day free trial of paid features. During the trial:

• ✓No credit card is required to start the trial
• ✓We will contact you before the trial ends — we do not auto-charge without your explicit consent
• ✓Trial features may be modified or discontinued at our discretion
• ✓We reserve the right to limit or terminate trials in cases of abuse

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, software, and intellectual property associated with Phylaxone — including the ACI (Adaptive Compound Intelligence) system — are owned by Lucid Tech LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

PHYLAXONE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT BREACH DATA IS COMPLETE OR ACCURATE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCID TECH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF PHYLAXONE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IDENTITY THEFT, FINANCIAL LOSS, OR DATA BREACH — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Phylaxone evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
