We collect only what we need to run Phylaxone. We don't sell your data. We don't spam you. If you scan your email, we save it so we can follow up once if relevant — and only once. If you request a call, we use your contact info to call you. That's it.

Email addresses
When you run an Identity Scan, we save your email address. We use it to check against publicly known breach databases and to follow up if you want protection. We may reach out once. We never spam. We never sell it.
Call request information
If you request a call, we collect your name, phone number, city, state, and preferred call day. We use this only to contact you as requested. We don't use it for marketing.
Usage data
We collect IP addresses for rate limiting (to prevent abuse of our demo). We don't build profiles from this data or share it with third parties.
Content you submit to the AI threat analyzer
Text you paste into the Anti-AI Shield is processed in real time to generate a threat analysis. We don't store the content of your submissions beyond the session.
HaveIBeenPwned (HIBP) — We use the HIBP API to check email addresses against publicly known data breaches. Your email is transmitted to HIBP solely for this purpose. HIBP's own privacy policy governs their handling of data.
Supabase — We store lead information (emails, call requests) securely in Supabase, a hosted database service. Data is stored on infrastructure within the United States.
Vercel — Our application is hosted on Vercel. Basic request data (IP addresses, request logs) may be collected by Vercel as part of their hosting service.
Anthropic — AI responses in our demo are generated via the Anthropic Claude API. Content submitted to our AI tools is processed by Anthropic in accordance with their usage policies.
We retain email addresses and call request information for up to 12 months from collection, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. Usage data (IP rate limiting) is retained for 24 hours.

Phylaxone uses minimal cookies. We may use session cookies to maintain your state during a demo session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Phylaxone is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately.
We may update this policy as Phylaxone evolves. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
